In view of the upcoming examination of the M.S.S. v. Greece1 and H.A. v. Greece2 groups of cases at the meeting of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe in June 2025, Refugee Support Aegean (RSA) and Stiftung PRO ASYL submit the following assessment of the Greek asylum system.
