Asylum System in Decline

In view of the upco­ming exami­na­ti­on of the M.S.S. v. Greece1 and H.A. v. Greece2 groups of cases at the mee­ting of the Com­mit­tee of Minis­ters of the Coun­cil of Euro­pe in June 2025, Refu­gee Sup­port Aege­an (RSA) and Stif­tung PRO ASYL sub­mit the fol­lo­wing assess­ment of the Greek asyl­um system.
