The focus of our rese\u00adarch was access to the Greek ter\u00adri\u00adto\u00adry, recep\u00adti\u00adon and detenti\u00adon con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons of new\u00adly arri\u00adved refu\u00adgees on the islands of Chi\u00ados, Samos and Les\u00adbos and the par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar situa\u00adti\u00adon of minors.<\/p>\n

In the past few months PRO ASYL has beco\u00adme incre\u00adasing\u00adly con\u00adcer\u00adned about reports from asyl\u00adum see\u00adkers who, during hea\u00adrings in Ger\u00adma\u00adny, sta\u00adte that whilst in Greece, they were given no oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adty to file an asyl\u00adum cla\u00adim in accordance with the requi\u00adre\u00adments of the 1951 Refu\u00adgee Con\u00adven\u00adti\u00adon.
