In this com\u00adplaint we will demons\u00adtra\u00adte that, by fai\u00adling to impro\u00adve the appal\u00adling con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons for asyl\u00adum see\u00adkers, Greece is bla\u00adtant\u00adly vio\u00adla\u00adting the pro\u00advi\u00adsi\u00adons of the EU asyl\u00adum acquis, inclu\u00adding some of the most fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal prin\u00adci\u00adples upon which the EU is foun\u00added, such as the prin\u00adci\u00adple of non-refou\u00adle\u00adment, the right to asyl\u00adum, and the right to human digni\u00adty. It is essen\u00adti\u00adal that Greece brings its law and prac\u00adti\u00adce into line with the EU asyl\u00adum acquis.
